Courtney has more than 15 years of progressive experience in international and domestic Environmental Health and Safety Compliance and Strategic EHS planning. She has held various EHS roles for several Fortune 500 companies in oil & gas energy services, automotive manufacturing, utility, construction, public education, and research & design industries, and Tech Industry. The companies include Amazon, GE, Halliburton, Chrysler, Consumers Energy, Michigan State University, Washington Group International, and Toyota Technical Center. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree of Occupational Safety and Health from Oakland University as well as completed Business Leadership Development Level 1, Level 2, and Financial Leadership for Non-Financial Leaders at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. Courtney is a Certified Safety Professional issued by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals. A native of southeastern Michigan, Courtney enjoys reading, cooking, music, travel, and experiencing new things with her two children (Nya and Bryce) and husband (Paris).
